Students build on their basic writing skills to explore nonfiction writing in journalism. Students will also explore the ethical responsibilities of the press and the role of media in shaping public opinion.
Students learn the fundamentals of
extemporaneous speaking and delivery of
presentations through guided research,
reasoning, and organization of data.
Students focus on the creative application of technology to produce engaging content. Students will both participate in and create their own blogs, while exploring skills like writing for emphasis as well as incorporating effective visual media.
Building conversational and business English skills focusing on vocabulary, grammar, and expressions commonly used in a wide range of everyday situations. Preparation for business interviews as well as TOEIC classes.
